Passenger Focus is making sure the railway industry is aware of the passenger’s point of view by including its Great Britain bulletin in Railnews.
To highlight the work the independent national rail watchdog undertakes with rail companies across Britain, Passenger Focus has also posted the Scotland, Wales and regional bulletins on the Railnews’ website.  

Passenger Focus undertakes the largest study in Europe of rail passengers, gauging their opinion of facilities provided on the train and at the station. Passenger Focus uses its research to work with train operators in a bid to improve the services delivered to passengers.
