TRAIN services through London Bridge are returning to normal today, after a number of routes were disrupted by the discovery of a deep sink hole under the track at Forest Hill.

Network Rail closed all four lines between East Croydon and London Bridge, and many trains had be diverted or cancelled.

Govia Thameslink Railway warned that some Southern or Thameslink trains could still be disrupted for a time, because trains and crews had been left out of position.
