A notable opportunity has become available at MTR Crossrail for our Head of Stations, based at our Head Office, London and to cover our route from East to West.

Our Head of Stations will deliver best in class customer service. You will have responsibility for leading on strategic delivery of the business’s key performance indicators including railway performance and reliability, safety, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
You will have an energetic and supportive approach to our station teams demonstrating positive leadership intentions and behaviours, focusing on success’s and training to ensure the skill set of the frontline team meets requirements and continually improves our Customer Service provision.
There will be a requirement to establish clear communication channels and relationships with external parties as well as internal departments and union representatives. You must ensure robust systems and processes are in place to deliver the companies loss control and safety plans as well as being responsible for meeting concession agreement obligations and delivering station related initiatives.
Our successful Head of Stations will have experience of working in the rail industry and dealing with Trade Unions, a successful background in managing teams in a customer service environment, be dedicated, driven and passionate in supporting our front line staff along with maximising our customer’s experience.
