Description
Responsible for supporting the depots and planners in procuring On Track Plant (OTP) for Railway Renewal, you will manage a database of requirements and compile comprehensive statistical information. Committed to a cost-effective and driven service, you will grow positive working relationships with Network Rail through the development and implementation of IMT. You will also monitor delivery and negotiate to resolve issues, all the while sensitive to implications of variance and mindful of ongoing improvements to OTP utilisation.
Experienced in the use, planning and ordering of OTP, you will be comfortable undertaking a challenge like this on a truly national scale. Working on projects based in London,
Crewe, West Midlands and the Chilterns. It is essential you are knowledgeable in change management for OTP, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Flexible and
familiar with rail industry processes, it would be desirable for you to be familiar with the geographical area for routing and stabling, while your competency in booking and ordering processes and systems will be invaluable.
