London Midland is a new, exciting and dynamic business that began operating the new West Midlands rail franchise on 11 November 2007. It combines the achievements of the Central and Silverlink franchises with the experience, expertise and fresh thinking of Govia.
This is an exciting time to be a part of the Station Services team with the responsibility of driving up customer service and retailing standards, whilst ensuring that we deliver a safe and punctual operation at our stations.
Our Support Clerks will play a vital role in supporting our Delivery and Customer Service Managers by monitoring and reporting on key performance areas against defined standards. You will provide information to managers and station teams that will enable us to improve the service standards that we deliver and play a vital role in ensuring that our management team can spend as much time as possible at stations by providing an effective and proactive clerical support role.
Experience of using general computer packages is required and a retail focused background would be advantageous. As a person you must have a passion for customer service, an ability to think like a customer and a belief that through this role you will be able to play your part in improving our customers’ experience.
