Description
We have an opportunity within our Safety team to ensure that the London Midland Operational Safety Standards meets the legislative and industry standards. The role involves performing operational audits and creating audit reports clearly identifying shortfalls and best practice, and then communicating your findings, agreeing effective control measures with the relevant line manager. You will also assist in the creation and implementation of a detailed operational safety audit plan for London Midland, as well as the production of safety standards and internal validation process for any internal standards alterations. You will have experience in driver safety related competence assessments and verification, and knowledge of safety legislation and its application in the railway environment.
