Description
This is an important and invaluable role for National Express East Anglia. You will be accountable for all property related activity, including the procurement and delivery of capital projects, maintenance contracts, estate management, station access and management of car parking contracts. You will also lead and develop the executive team and work cross functionally in the business/group to deliver both the objectives of the business, and the property strategy that supports those objectives.
Ideally, you will be a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) with a solid background in the property sector across all disciplines. You will be results driven and customer focused and a natural leader and communicator who thrives in a pressurised environment.
