Description
The purpose of this role is to manage teams of Revenue Collection staff to ensure revenue collection and collection activities are robust and well focused. You will ensure all staff are productive, well motivated, and enhance London Midland’s stakeholder relationships at all times. You will be able to demonstrate previous successful supervisory or management experience, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The nature of the role requires the ability to remain calm under pressure and be an effective decision maker. Knowledge of railway retail, railway geography and avantix mobile would be an advantage.
