You will ensure safety-related issues and incident reports are identified, investigated and addressed. This will involve leading investigations and producing reports. Coaching Depot Engineering Managers and their teams will be a crucial part of the job.
Ideally a Chartered Engineer or equivalent, you will have a proven track record in T & RS engineering supported by a railway T & RS
technician qualification and recognised engineering apprenticeship or NVQ level 3. Excellent data gathering and root cause analysis
skills, knowledge of rail industry maintenance regimes and a willingness to work away from home will be essential.
