Description
Delivering the training required for our drivers, this is a role for a person excited by the challenge of developing the skills and knowledge of our drivers to operate our trains using training innovation. This will include driving simulators and computer based training. You must be committed to providing training to the highest standards. The successful person will design, prepare, organise and deliver Driver training course materials and equipment to meet the delivery time scales of the Company. Essentially, you will need at least 3 years’ practical train driving experience, an excellent safety record and detailed knowledge of rail industry rules and regulations. Ideally, you will have previous training and assessment experience and qualifications, but this is not essential, as full training will be given.
