Description

Station Delivery Managers will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively managing our stations. This includes effectively managing the day to day performance of employees on duty, safety, cash regulations, security and cleanliness, availability of information for customers, efficient response to operational issues and ensuring that all equipment functions correctly.

Exceptional customer service skills are essential and applicants will need to demonstrate an understanding of customer needs and the ability to respond accordingly. 

The role will provide motivation and guidance to employees and reinforce high standards with regard to performance, customer service and safety. We are therefore looking for applicants with proven skills in leading, motivating and developing employees, both on an individual basis and within a team. Applicants will need to demonstrate proven experience working to performance targets, managing contractors and achieving set objectives within set timescales.

Applicants must be willing and able to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
